A single-atom layer of graphene on silicon, combined with busbars, creates more connection points and improves the module’s energy performance. Our first-generation PVGRAF 300W+ modules combine monocrystalline silicon cells with a graphene coating. They are designed for high performance and durability in demanding weather conditions. Twelve microwires and a single-atom graphene layer create millions of conductive connections. The slim construction allows the cells to capture sunlight for an additional hour each day, generating around 20–30% more energy than modules made with standard technology.
